omg I write a bunch and my journal didn't show up ....

anyways I'm hitting the flat weight stage (otherwise known as the doesn't matter what I do I won't loose a single pound so just forget it and let it be stage ) so I stop weighing myself .

I am still eating 1 meal (under 1000 calories ) a day only but I stacked up some fruits in my fridge , so when I'm hungry I eat those fruits .

I ordered a cute pink treadmill from amazon and the expected delivery time is between 12/8 to 12/20 , ♪ヽ(◕ฺ∀ ◕✿ฺ 三 ✿◕ฺ ∀◕ฺ)ノ♪ I'm just really really happy about this treadmill , I will be able to watch tv and do exercise on the treadmill !

Today for breakfast / lunch ( I woke up late ) I ordered lunch special in a restaurant , chicken + rice + soup , I only finished half of the meal ...my appetite is smaller now and I noticed obvious change of my shape. I'm a size 8 now so I have nothing to complain again~ I'm drinking this large cold brew right now , and gonna do some study for my real estate exam ~

btw cold brew is really good ~ it's 0 calories too (๑¯◡¯๑)

Something not related to diet, my hair is really thin I don't know why I feel like i'm getting bold ? like my hair has no volume , do you guys know any good shampoo or hair products that will add more volume to my hair ?let me know, thx :D

Hey Bethinfriend, are you sure you're getting enough nutrients? :) Extreme weightloss can result in poor skin and hair loss (not that I'm suggesting you're being extreme, in fact it looks like you're losing weight steadily). Perhaps you're lacking in certain nutrients to maintain this? Good luck!!!

@ockyy I'm not eating healthy and I have really bad insomnia because I can't sleep with empty stomach :(

Aww you poor thing! That could definitely be playing a role. Try drinking a cup of tea before you go to bed, that seems to fill me up. Something green :)
