I'm not near my scales for a few days but I'm going to add in body measurements as I can tell I'm losing size though I'm not sure it's showing on the scales

thigh 69.5
calves 47

interesting things from this....
when I was last at this weight, my thighs were bigger, and my calves smaller, and my chest was bigger...and my waist smaller and my hips bigger.
110.8 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
