NOT losing any weight. If anything I think I may have put on this week, BUT my clothes are looser around my tummy- and I'm feeling really enegetic and good. Whatever I am doing is impacting my health in a positve way - so I have to trust my body, - once it knows I'm all ok with my food and exercise it will drop the weight. I know I don't need it :)
