I was working out this morning and I was thinking that when my journey started a little over 3yrs ago, i would've been over the weight limit on this particular piece of equipment. Then I remembered having broken a couple of lawn chairs who's weight limits were 250lbs. I want to go back and give myself a hug and tell myself it was okay. At the time, it was the most humilating and disheartening thing. To all of you who may struggle and feel like I did then....it's okay. You can change it...you can do it. It may not be fast. or dramatic....or even a huge number lost. But ANY progress, no matter how small, is a HUGE accomplishment. Hugs to you all.
