Yesterday was another good day I almost did give in I made meatballs and noodles and salad and garlic bread and it smelled and looked so good I served the kids and had my bowl of cereal I then cleaned up made my bed and went and did three loads of laundry when we have a laundry mat in our apartment complex and usually I have a lot of clothes to wash so I go once a week and drive my car there around the corner really only because its a lot of clothes but as a part of being more active I am washing twice a week now and that means less clothes and that means walking with my basket to the laundry mat so last night was my first time doing this and man I was sweating like crazy but it felt good any ways my point is I got side track and when I was done I was starving so I decided that instead of my smoothie I would eat a piece of bread and salad with chili instead of dressing but I suddenly started felling guilty well I was serving myself and put the food back made my smoothie drank it and went to bed I fell like I passed a test! and that feels awsome I woke up not feeling guilty but feeling like I am another step closer to my goal.
