Started my period today so didn't get a full 2 # off. Last 2 days of spin didn't push myself, just wasn't feeling it. But I did it.
125.3 kg Lost so far: 21.7 kg.    Still to go: 45.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
