I have an explanation for my weight gain. Yesterday, I had my all 4 wisdom teeth removed surgically. Before the surgery, I ate as much as I wanted for about 2 days. I didn't want to record it because I knew I ate tons. Haha! I'm on cold soft diet now. Last night, I had ice cream (reduced fat), custard and baby custard. A little bit of soy milk too. Hopefully, I can lose my weight off on this special diet. However, I think it's not that healthy. Any suggestion for healthier cold soft food?

Yogurt, apple sauce, soft fruit. You might be able to manage some soft chicken or tuna. Peanut butter, soft cheeses (laughing cow)

Protein shakes come to mind. Depending on your diet you can blend them up with ice or some frozen berries to make a smoothy. The coolness will help with your mouth pain and the protein and good carbs will reduce your hunger pangs in between snacks.
