Today has been yet another junk food day here at work. However, I am not even tempted to join in on the food. WOW! I know that I have a nutritious food plan for the day and will be much happier not eating all of the junk. What an accomplishment!

I keep on thinking about the biggest loser episode this week. They had a psychologist/brain study doctor there. He talked about obese people craving food so much more than "normal weight" people. Yet, the obese people get the least amount of pleasure from the food. Giving into the stuff not on my plan just makes me want it more, makes me gain weight, makes me an emotional rollercoaster that jumps the track too many times.

Good for you! I have noticed in just 2 - 3 days, eating healthier foods, I am not as snacky nor do I crave junk food. It's so nice! :)

I agree with you. If I don't eat it, I don't crave it. If I eat one bite, I eat way more than that! I have chosen to just not go there any more. This was a major change for me! It has led to my success. The weight will come off. I am sure of it.
