Well my plan to move up the leg day in favor of letting my arm rest may no longer be viable. I hit my knee into a corner very hard earlier today and my weight alone is not to kind to it at this point. That's extremely disappointing to say the least. I'll reassess tomorrow but I'm fairly sure that my plan is going to be derailed a bit.
