Talk about haveing a rough morning do you ever just feel like you want to just crash into a wall! I felt like that this morning. Its really hard beaing the only parent and jugeling work kids home and strill try to have a personal life and eat right and exercise and remember to brush your teeth in the morning before you go to work LOL! I woke up happy early and did my HIP HOP ABS work out today and 15 min on the total gym I felt calm and collected but all that ends sometimes once my kids get up they fight and argue over stupid things then it puts me in a bad mood and thats what happened this morning I ended up having an awful morning and I just wanted to stop by mcdonalds and stuff my face but I dident I was running late for work and I got to work and just wanted to cry! I sware I am not crazy just stretched to the lime sometimes! and its hard but I came to work and I ate a salad with no dressing just this chili fruit seasonint its called TAJIN its awsome with fruit or salad! Any ways I am glad I dident break my alomst full week of eating right and exercise!
