Ended up hanging out with my supervisor. We got Mexican food and chilled out in the office and watched a movie. Was fun times.

To work off the shame I've done my full body exercises in a form of circuit. Holy crap am I worn out. Normally my exercises aren't that intense as I give myself a minute to rest in between each set. I just switched from one muscle group to another and alternated.

Definitely not doing that every day! I can feel the burn everywhere.
