Made it through the first day.. Everytime I try this diet I get the snackies at night. I have to go to the grocery store and go shopping for me. I almost "forgot" I was on a this diet a couple times and out of habit went for some pop. I tell myself I really need to lose this weight.

Really give it 100%. Don't try to skimp on the 15 to 20 net carbs. That should help with the snackies. If you feel it coming on during some chicken broth. A lot of people try to go all out on the protein and skimp on their carbs. Fill up with veggies, look for the lower carb one that you can have larger portions (ie 10 radishes = is one serving). Look for great recipes, there are a lot out there.
