Holding steady at 115 lbs as i experiment with reintroducing more carbs into my diet. Going to start working out 3 days a week, and running 3 days a week andtone myself up..
52.2 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Nice green line you have there. Expect a bit of an increase with the carbs coming on board. Muscle will suck it up. All's good.
