stress+minimal workouts last week.. BUT started focusing on strength training.
breakfast = protein powder, almond milk, bananas, peanut butter
lunch = ~100cal of tortilla soup
67.9 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week
