I'm excited to see I'm half way through the 250's! I'm hoping to see that 24* in a couple of weeks! That is not unrealistic as long as I don't have any cheat days.

I've got food lined up for the next couple of days but I think I'll go shopping to try out some of these recipes that people have shown here at FatSecret.

I've been varying my intakes from day to day as well as intermittently fasting for periods of 8 to 24 hours depending on the schedule of the day. I've been trying to limit myself to eat only before 6 PM as that seems to be helping with the resting as well as the fasting. I commonly am not hungry when I wake up and am unable to eat until after 1 PM that day.
