Feeling pretty good because I've hit 180 2 days in a row. I'm well into my healthy BMI range, but my goal is to get down another 2 pounds. The tough thing for me right now is that I'm heading into the weekend when it's easy for me to gain weight. And there's some business travel next week -- another event when I am likely to gain weight. It's all about the focus for me. Don't stray from the diet, remember what's important.
