Well i thought I have been eating right but the results I have been having are not too astonishing. About a pound for the last 5 days is not satisfying. I think I am eating too big portions only 3 times a day. I am afraid though, that I will be hungry and it will end up me eating a lot. I don't know. I am very disappointed and it's just the beginning.

You can have snacks between meals, just figure out your calorie count and adjust so you have enough for them.

You have very little to lose, so a pound a week is pretty awesome. You dont want to lose muscle mass which can happen when you lose quickly. You need to readjust your expectations. All those small loss's will get you to goal. If you can eat and enjoy your life while losing, you will be able to maintain it. Exercise can make a big difference when you only have a small amount to lose too.

I looked at what you have eaten and exercised in the past 5 days. Now go look at mine. You and I are about the same weight, except I am only 5'1". I feel if you would eat more protein, less fat and carbs, you will see a difference and you won't be hungry as fast. Protein sticks with you longer. Go check out the information on the challenge I am in right now. It is called Hungry No More. It has great information. I am loosing 2 pounds a week keeping my calories under 1400 and keeping it 50% carbs or less, 20% fat or less, and 30% protein or more. I exercise in some form for 30 minutes a day. The way I look at it is this: I want to see results I have to put in the time and energy for it. I hope your weight loss improves. Also, drink water water water. No sodas or juices (minimal). I also drink a couple glasses of 1/2% milk a day to help balance my diet. I have lost 12 pounds in 6 weeks. Most of that being in the last 4 since I have been on that challenge.
