I started eating carbs. Good carbs...fruits and vegetables and fiber. BUMMER!!!!
64.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Sorry for the weight gain but perhaps there were too many carbs added? Hope you figure it out. Thanks for the buddy request.
