i love when i find these kinds of reflections:

excuses are Often based on False Logic or Self Limiting Beliefs. Do we really not have 10 minutes for some exercise, or 30 minutes for some meal preparation? We must question our excuses, challenge our dependency on External motivation and defeat our inner Saboteur. Only we can do that from Within, it's not found elsewhere.
