Lately every one has been telling me I need to stop losing weight and when I tell them I haven't lost any weight in 2 months they are surprised. It's amazing how you can look skinnier without losing weight. Keep up the muscle building!

There is a picture I posted in the Just pics group... look at it, I have lost about 6 pounds in total for a year but have lost crazy inches and you can see a big difference. Toning up what you have will make a huge difference.

thanks you two. @pixidaisy, ive lost over 80 since last July, so I know inches make a difference, but when you set out for a goal, you never want to fail, and me being a perfectionist, that means getting to my healthy point. And while I'm happy with the way I look with clothes on (I was this size in highschool) my BMI is still overweight, and that's the goal I set out to beat in the beginning when I started (July 4 2010) @lilfurson I think you look amazing so I'd probably be one of those people lol ;) I guess all the conflicting info thats out there about building muscle vs burning calories with cardio gets my priorities all confused.Though KelseyRenae showed me (via a body image website) that theres a lot of super low wieght people that just look plain fat. LOL I'd be much happier being highweight & in shape. Thanks for the motivation!
