well yesterday did not go quite as planned. I had yet another tumble on the ice. I am becoming a processional. but I'm okay just sore, so someone was obviously looking out for me. anyways I am also a little disgusted with myself over how much I ate when I got home last night. I don't know if I should blame it on being over tired, or stressed, or just me and a bad habit. whichever the case may be if I want that scale to continue ticking downwards I need to find the reason quickly. :/
