track and mark off supplements daily on calendar to keep track.
track and mark off resistance training daily on calendar to keep track.
fill out fat secret food log daily to keep track.
fill out reflection journal daily to keep track.
cardio exercise in afternoon daily.
Meal prep and kombucha prep and everything needed daily to eat right.

this is daily. this is non-negotiable. this is the real work that most don't want to do. this is the secret weapon.
