i can't help but feel yo-yo'ing is 100% preventable

Steve you say a lot of things that most don't want to hear but are truthful. I respect that you mention several of these things. Although some may thibj you bring a lot of doom and gloom 🤣 For some it's easier to make excuses then take accountability and look in the mirror. But all of this is trial and error until we find what works for ourselves. You seem to use the "tough love" or hard truth avenue. I like both approaches because everyone is different in how they react to both. Similar to good cop/bad cop!

No need for apologies my man. I said I mostly agree with your outlook. I was just giving a different perspective that others may have. No hate towards your approach. I think a little of both approaches are needed for long term success with health/weight.
