I am doing my workouts fasted most days the week. Days alternate between swimming freestyle laps and then workouts at the gym that have resistance training and then 20-40min on the stair master and I am eating very simply with few cheat meals and I feel like I have finally got things right. This is what a normal healthy lifestyle I’ve wanted for so long actually looks like and I am so glad I started living it.

Similar regimen 😊 Workout before breakfast, fast until noon on weekends followed by a nice brunch. Swimming freestyle alternating with walking (inclines) plus weights 5x week. Was great for weight loss, trainer trying to get me to cut back on cardio for body composition purposes. Solid plan, celebrating all your successes with you along the way! 🎉
