morning reflection:
this august will be 3 years of what i wanted to be a permanent change.
changed the behavior and psychology and relationship with food.
with that, everyday i celebrate self accountability, full power over my diet and intrinsic motivation.
it is hard work, every day, it never stops - and i have no intention of doing so. so much gratitude for where i am.
