For some reason my bad cravings are going away. I think since I've been doing good on FS, I don't want to mess up. I'm feeling fuller on less food. I sure hope it lasts.

Yep! Keep it up. Cut back on sugar and carbs and you will feel great.

I don't really use sugar, just a little in my coffee. I think the carbs are good carbs? I cut out bread, rice and potatoes.
