Good morning FS Journal and fellow readers. I first must say that my thighs are killing me; they are so sore! A new thing started this past Tuesday: I had so much more energy after this FitCamp I am participating in that I went on to the YMCA where I also workout and ran on the elliptical for 35 minutes. I did it again yesterday after a spinning class, and I think I will continue this, so long as the energy remains. Looking forward to this weekend to relax, plus, it is the Greek Food Festival, and I love some gyros, spanikopita, and, of course, Ouzo!
There is a FitCamp training tonight, so we will see how it fairs out afterwards as to if I am going to the YMCA.
