Another pound down. Slowed progress is still progress. Had 1 day cardio as compared to 5 days the previous week. It makes a difference on weigh in day. Probably didn't help that I ate an entire Lilly's chocolate bar.(It fit into my calories and macros but still not the best choice) I know it's all about consistency, and 2 solid weeks of consistency feels like a win. Did I mention I succeeded in NOT drinking this weekend again? HUGE win for me!🥳
