I recorded my food choices in my food diary. Good day! Hit my target of 20 g of carbs. YEAH! Probably will have some hot tea later but finished eating for the day.
105.2 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
