my mantra.

hunger is a gift. hunger means we are healthy and our body is well. for the most part.

our journey to "lose weight" revolves around avoiding hunger all together. or, we do fasting or omad and turn hunger into a monster that we will never take power back from.

the rest of the world is turning to science and medicine to destroy the hunger. bariatric surgeries, hormones, prescription injections.

hunger is a gift. i don't want my hunger to ever go away. and it doesn't have power over me. the psychology has to change. using hunger tells us that our metabolism is working, our digestion is working and our bodies are well.
