Feeling great about my progress. I stuck to my new intermittent fasting, and got in cardio every day. And it paid off with 6lbs down! Today will be a challenge of willpower as I will be at a birthday party. The hardest part will be not imbibing. I'll be thinking of this 6lbs pounds and reminding myself that a drink will SLOW my progress. Think good thoughts for me FS community. I could use the good vibes! Make it a great day everyone!
