Since I've gained weight I have started eating larger portions! I love to eat healthy but I hate feeling hungry! Managing my portions is going to be a battle :/ I'm also trying to drink more water. I have always drank a lot of water but ever since I stopped buying bottled water (to help save the environment) I havent been drinking as much!

Are you doing well eating filling foods? I know if I start my meal with a large salad, I eat less of the main meal, and the salad keeps me full for quite a while. I like to put Light Catalina dressing, and then some Tortilla Strips on mine. Makes the salad a couple points, but jazzes up the flavor quite a bit. :)

Well, yeah all my meals have been salads...but Im a snacker!! For some reasons my salads seem to be adding up in calories quite fast!

I understand where your coming from with your water delimma. I have to buy bottled water or I just wont drink water. I buy aquafina because they use 50% less plastic in their bottles. Plus I recycle the bottles when Im done.
