Towards end of week my ozempic wears off as appetite increases as does cravings. Made a list of foods to eat for next few days and bread is on the list as I need to eat up the foods I have here in next 12 days before I move for work. I am sure I will be stressed and back to swimming and working out in no time.

maybe you should talk yo ur doc and let them know it might be time to up your dosage my friend had the same problem and then once she said to her doctor what was happening the dosage went up and everything was good maybe that's all you need too.

Hi Erin,
I think you are probably right about the dose. I have an appointment in about a week and they will up the dose. I just started and am on the lowest dose they have. I think they will bump up slowly.
Good to know your friend had results after increased dosing. This fat is so stubborn and being insulin resistant makes it way harder to lose. I’ll start on fasted cardio soon.
