my thoughts around goals is always....."and then what"?
for example:

i wanna gain 10 pounds of muscle. ok, then what?
i want to lose 25 pounds. ok, then what?
i want to run a 5K marathon. ok, then what?

it sounds so good and we feel like we're making good conversation when we tell people these goals. but the intention of designing something long term and sustainable forever.......is totally non-existent.
