Day 2, I have decided to join the community as it has been motivating to see other member's statuses.

This is my current day 2, as I have used this site before and it does work to help you lose weight. As anyone who has tracked calories before, it is a bit of work and it is easy to fall off the wagon, and so I am back and determined to meet my goal of losing 20 pounds.

Yesterday I had a -692 net calories, which means that I was under my daily recommended calorie intake. This only happened because I had exercised and burned 300 calories while still consuming 93% of my recommended daily intake (RDI) of 2000 calories.

Today I am forcing myself to feel a little bit of hunger and fight the urge to snack, and only eat when my stomach truly feels empty.
