Krissygirl7's Journal, 04 Jan 16

So hi there everyone, this is my first every online diet/wt loss/community post. I randomly stumbled upon the site while looking for nutrition information. I do not currently follow a specific diet, however I do track my macro nutrients. I have heard in the past that I do not weigh enough to be concerned about losing weight, but to me it is about being the healthiest I can be. I love my body and I am proud of who I am, but we all have a little room for improvement. Right? :) So now at 117lb and 5'2" I am about 24% body fat. This is what I want to improve on. I would like to lose that fat at convert it to muscle.
So far I think that this community is awesome and I think that I will help me reach my goals. So on a personal note I am recently engaged and will be getting married 10/22/2016. This is also motivation to look and feel my best.
So I hope to get to know everyone as we support each other on our journeys.

Weight training is the way to convert to muscle - I bet you do not really have weight to lose at your current height and weight - but I bet you can lose bodyfat with weight training and getting enough protein. Good luck!
