It almost 3pm...today was a semi bad food day but a good volunteering/walking day. I was hosting the teachers' luncheon for the PTA. I skipped breakfast, and I munched on salads and a few sweet treats but I walked my butt off! The back of my legs are killing me@ I didn't know my legs could hurt this much. AND I stayed away from the teacher's soda machine. In the past I would have 3-4 Coke cans during the event....today I drank NO Soda...just my bottled water that I brought with me.... :O)
