It’s been almost 5 years since I was on this website app. I still put everyone else first and run for sugar when I stress out. I need to change for me before there’s is no more me.

It's been a long time since I cared about myself or weight. Tomorrow morning I'm starting Phase 1 of South Beach GF. My BP is really high. If I don't start focusing on my needs and my health no one else will. For 18 years I've put all my family's needs and wants above my own. Over the last 5 years I've gained 130 pounds..now I need to take care of me. My health, my needs and my goals. My goal is to lose 55 pounds by July 1st, and the rest of my weight off by Christmas 2013. I can do this..it's my time!
