it 9pm...my head was pounding so much from cutting my coke down that I had 4 oz of orange fanta to help it. I drank 24 oz of water mixed with a few drops of lemonade mix for flavor and color. I decided not to use a dinner plate, I am using a 6 inch lunch plate.
