I had a pitty party this morning and hit rock bottom. I got a pic from Lisa and I didn't realize it was me. I ate me! I thought that's not me...someone is blocking me! It was me. 100 pounds over weight and full of grey hair. I picked up hair color and am journalling everything I eat from now on. I have to get my coke down to one can a day again! I am very unhealthy....borderline to diabetes and very unhappy with me. I can't figure out how I got this big...but I need to focus on changing it.
