Feeling frustrated to plateau for over 2 weeks now. Gonna lower calories to 1300 this next week to see if the scale changes. Already added 2 days 2 days a week at the gym, and eliminated rest days. I will not quit until I reach my goals though. Anybody else experiencing this right now?
