I'm not sure fatsecret accounts for NonExercise Thermic Activity and Thermic Effect of Food in determining calories expended especially when I compare the values from other calorie calculators. March 1 --I will use 2350 as my TDEE. 2350 TDEE is based on average of 2 TDEE calculators and on moderate personal activity level (elevated heart rate for min 30 minutes 5 days a week). Starting March 1, my calorie intake is 1700. This should result in a 650 calorie deficit at least on paper.
