"I statements" help me maintain ownership of my body and my numbers.

my emotions don't control my eating.

my weight doesn't change on it's own without my choices.

what's in my fridge or meal prepping is in my control even if it means waking up at 4am to get it done.

weighing, measuring and tracking are in my control.

what goes in my mouth is in my control.

i'm in control of preparing or doing the right thing while being on vacation or holiday.
