Oh the pain. I have been lifting weights for half an hour then swimming for 30-45 min right after. I know now why I prefer swimming…there is no pain afterwards. I know the more I lift the less pain but it is just annoying and interferes with my quality of life after because it’s hard to walk or even sit on a toilet.

I know it gets easier. I have been watching a lot of YouTube shows about colon cancer and it looks horrible. I have GI issues and am going to have this tested out but a diet that is low insulin spiking seems to be the consensus for all good health outcomes. Probably simple in theory but I meet with some specialists in next few weeks to have tests and diet plan made.

If it’s more than a day, you may have gone a little too hard. If you are consistent with resistance training you should feel better after. Not sore. But it does take a couple of weeks to get to that point. 😎

Agreed. Didn’t seem to be going too hard but I do workout even when in pain and sore.
