trying to build the leanest muscle i can possibly achieve. body recomposition means changing body, changing fat/muscle ratio. ideally, without weight gain. i may be around the 2-3 lb mark with increase muscle. but "bulking" is unnecessary. just stay lean and make healthy muscle for metabolic health.
