a co worker once said "i don't wanna be on a diet where I can't eat what I want". that made me realize. I can eat WHATEVER i want, WHENEVER i want. the difference is that I'M IN CONTROL and I DECIDE. meaning that nothing is forbidden, but i CHOOSE to eat how I eat and WHEN i eat what i eat. i am fortunate and grateful that this whole journey is, and has been, on MY TERMS
