A few days of bad eating and I am back to the start weight. More proof omad works cause I was eating twice a day for two days and lots of junk.
Looking like a teletubby and behaving like a hamster spinning the wheels but going nowhere. Annoyed at the waste of time.

Thank you Erin. I am going on vacation fo a few days and when I get back I am going to transition to a whole foods diet. I am having problems walking now and am sore all the time. Need to get it back on track.

I look at those things as learning experiences. If you learned something and can use that knowledge to do better moving forward, it's not wasted time 👍 It takes a while for many of us to figure out what works best for us. And I'm rooting for you on the whole foods -- I know that helped me immensely
