Swim and Mediterranean for dinner for my OMAD. Thank goodness this diet is reasonably easy to stick too.

It is one meal a day where I fast for the entire day night outside one meal that meets (often exceeds) my caloric need.

The biggest issue for me with OMAD is hitting protein targets consistently. It is convenient though! I think my favourite part of OMAD is not having to figure out and prepare meals to bring to work everyday. 😎

I am experimenting with meals and sticking to ones I know will fill me up more. I need a lot of fat to keep me full vs protein. I love the simplicity too!
