The biggest issue for me with OMAD is hitting protein targets consistently. It is convenient though! I think my favourite part of OMAD is not having to figure out and prepare meals to bring to work everyday. 😎

I am experimenting with meals and sticking to ones I know will fill me up more. I need a lot of fat to keep me full vs protein. I love the simplicity too!
