Well, it is the start of another week! This weekend was awesome because I was resting from the prior week's exercise activities and splurged on things: food, road trips, etc. Was most awesome, and I felt as if I did not cheat. I took my first spinning class today, and it was killer! I am definitely going to be keeping this one. Later on tonight will be the start of my third week in "Fit Camp," so I am excited and proud of that. Hope all had a wonderful weekend, and keep up the good work!
