I don’t want to work out today. It’s -20 degrees Celsius and it’s warm inside. I know I will feel better once I get the swim on though so off I go to brush off and warm up the car. I guess this is where habit meets lack or motivation. Habits will win every time.
My mental health is much better after a workout as well. Been eating better but still not great but it is a work in progress isn’t it.
